location of the property, nice area. good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like trattoria da fiore that was only 5 minutes' walk away. here we were so close to few of our favorite spots such as museo della musica. we really enjoyed the fact that we chose locanda art deco.

Hotel's position easy walk to all places we wanted to see, like teatro fenice. 15 minutes on foot from the Venice Santa Lucia train station.
